Biography
Deborah A. Bloom was born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1955. She was awarded a B.A. from the University of Vermont (1977) and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law (1980), and was admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts in 1980. Attorney Bloom joined Keyes and Donnellan, P.C. in 1980, served as Managing Partner of the firm from 1990-1997, and currently serves as President of the corporation. Practice emphasis is on representing injured plaintiffs in products liability claims, automobile accidents and motorcycle accidents, as well as premises liability injuries. She also represents insurance companies in the defense of personal injury claims, handling over 500 arbitration and mediation claims to successful resolution for her clients.
